I have a 2003 BMW 325i with 2 Alpine SWR-12-1242D Type R DVC subwoofer (500W RMS) and a Kicker ZX450.2 amplifier sitting in a box covered with a dual-head unit XD7600. I'm in the market for a 1 Amp Kicker ZX1000 and I wonder if this is a good match for my subwoofer. In addition, these amps will require additional changes or updates to my car. And then, what use amps wiring or gauge of the equipment and how can I I wire the subs my amp (actually prefer someone who is connecting outside.
